Returns
If you find you are unhappy for any reason with a purchase, please see below on our returns policy.
Purchases are protected by Distance Selling Regulations which allows you to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the item.
Buyers will be given a further 14-day period to return the item to us in its original packaging and condition.
Once we have received the item, we can issue a refund to the card used to make the order.
Buyer pays for return shipping.
If your reason for returning is not relating to damage but because you have changed your mind or your item won't fit - the buyer is responsible for the delivery / Returning cost.
If you wish to cancel before you have received the item but the item has already been dispatched you will be responsible for returning the item to us before a refund can be issued less any delivery costs.
We use third party furniture couriers who are instructed to give plenty of time for Buyers to carefully inspect their items upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, the couriers must be informed before they leave, and the item brought back to us. The 3rd party furniture couriers that we instruct on your behalf are responsible and insured for any damages that may occur during transit. Do not accept the item if it has been damaged in transit.
Please remember when you are buying used, vintage and antique items, minor signs of use are to be expected. We do our best to describe and photograph items as accurately as possible, please study the photographs. If you are not sure it is always best to view the item in person before purchasing online.
We provide on each listing the measurements of the furniture. Please ensure you have adequate access for the furniture to be delivered into your premises.
